1. Who We Are

DHARMA ("we", "us", "our") is a luxury clothing brand operating at dharmawears.co. By accessing or using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Products & Pre-Orders

All items in Collection I — The 108 are sold as pre-orders. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Your item is then made to order in India. Production begins once sufficient orders are received. Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks from order date. We will update you via email on production progress.

3. Limited Edition — No Restock

Collection I is strictly limited to 108 pieces. Once all 108 pieces are claimed, the collection closes permanently. There will be no reprints, restocks, or additional units for any reason. Each numbered certificate is unique and cannot be reissued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store card details. Prices are subject to change before an order is placed, but your confirmed order price is locked at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

We offer worldwide tracked shipping. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules or customs delays. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dharmawears.co with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Pre-orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production may have commenced. To cancel within the window, email hello@dharmawears.co with your order number.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on dharmawears.co — including the DHARMA name, logo (धर्म), brand imagery, Sanskrit terminology, copy, design, and visual identity — is the intellectual property of DHARMA. Reproduction, redistribution, or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHARMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
